Itinerary
Day 0: Departure from Bangalore: Departure from Bangalore at 6:00 PM from Majestic Bus Stand.. Board a comfortable AC Sleeper Bus for overnight travel to Alleppey.. Enjoy the scenic views along the way, with a dinner stop en route (self-paid).. Relax and unwind during the overnight journey.
Day 1: Alleppey Backwaters – Houseboat Bliss: Arrive in Alleppey early morning (around 8:00 AM).. Check in to your traditional houseboat and enjoy a welcome drink.. Cruise through the serene backwaters, witnessing village life and lush greenery.. Enjoy a delicious Kerala lunch onboard the houseboat.. Evening at leisure, enjoy the sunset and a peaceful night on the backwaters.
Day 2: Journey to Munnar & Tea Estates: Check out from the houseboat after breakfast.. Drive to Munnar (approx. 4-5 hours), enjoying the scenic landscape.. Check in to your hotel/resort in Munnar.. Afternoon visit to the Tata Tea Museum to learn about the history of tea cultivation.. Evening: Explore the local market and enjoy dinner (self-paid).
Day 3: Munnar Sightseeing & Mattupetty Dam: Morning visit to Mattupetty Dam for boating and panoramic views.. Explore Echo Point and enjoy the natural beauty surrounding it.. Visit Eravikulam National Park (entry fee not included, subject to availability).. Evening: Relax and enjoy the cool mountain air. Optional: Kathakali show (self-paid).
Day 4: Departure from Munnar: Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the hotel.. Check out from the hotel and board the AC bus for your return journey to Bangalore.. En-route lunch break (self-paid).. Arrive in Bangalore late evening (around 11:00 PM).
