Itinerary
Day 1: Delhi to Shimla – Overnight Volvo Journey: Depart from Delhi in a comfortable Volvo bus for an overnight journey to Shimla.
Day 2: Shimla to Chitkul/Sangla (220 km | 9-10 hrs): Arrive in Shimla, have breakfast, and kick-start your adventure.. Drive through scenic landscapes via Kufri, Narkanda, and Kinnaur Gate.. Reach Chitkul or Sangla by evening, unwind, and enjoy a delicious dinner.
Day 3: Chitkul/Sangla to Kalpa (70 km | 3-4 hrs): Wake up to mesmerizing mountain views and explore Chitkul.. Visit the breathtaking Roghi Cliff Point.. Roam around Peo Market, Kinnaur’s most popular shopping hub.. Reach Kalpa by evening and relax at your cozy stay.
Day 4: Kalpa to Tabo via Nako (168 km | 7-8 hrs): Start your journey towards Spiti Valley after breakfast.. Stop by the famous Ka Loops and Nako Lake for incredible views.. Visit the fascinating Gue Monastery, home to a 500-year-old mummy.. Arrive in Tabo, explore the UNESCO-listed Tabo Monastery, and settle in for the night.
Day 5: Tabo to Kaza via Key Monastery & Chicham Bridge (125 km | 6-7 hrs): Visit Dhankar Monastery, one of Spiti’s most picturesque spots.. Explore Key Monastery, a centuries-old marvel perched on a hilltop.. Cross the thrilling Chicham Bridge, the highest suspension bridge in Asia.. Reach Kaza by evening and enjoy a hearty meal.
Day 6: Kaza – Hikkim, Komik & Langza Excursion (80 km | 6-7 hrs): Send a postcard from the world’s highest post office in Hikkim.. Visit Langza, famous for its giant Buddha statue and fossils.. Explore Komik, one of the highest motorable villages in the world.. Return to Kaza for dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 7: Kaza to Kalpa (215 km | 7-8 hrs): Say goodbye to Kaza and start your return journey.. Reach Kalpa by night and unwind at your accommodation.
Day 8: Kalpa to Shimla – Overnight Journey to Delhi (210 km | 8-9 hrs): Travel back to Shimla and board the overnight Volvo to Delhi.
Day 9: Arrival in Delhi: Reach Delhi in the morning with memories that will last a lifetime.
