Parvati Valley, where Kasol is located, is famous for its stunning Vistas, tranquil rivers and plethora of trekking opportunities. A standout among the trekking routes in this region is Kheerganga trek. Kasol Kheerganga Trek is one of the most beautiful treks, famous for its hot springs and picturesque beauty of the himalayan mountains. Kheerganga is situated in the Parvati Valley of Himachal Pradesh. The trek typically starts from the village of Barshaini and sets its way through dense pine forests, surging waterfalls and charming meadows. Kheerganga is nestled at an altitude of 2,960 meters (9,711 feet), the trek’s allures lie in its captivating blend of natural beauty and cultural immersion promising an unforgettable adventure amidst the breathtaking Himalayan landscape. Kheerganga top houses a temple dedicated to Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati, making it an important religious place for Hindus. Best time to do Kheerganga trek Spring- The best time to do Kheerganga trek is during the spring season from March to June. The weather is pleasant with crisp air, clear blue skies and lush greenery of the surrounding, nights are equally cool with pleasant surroundings, star-studded skies and mild temperatures providing optimal conditions for the trek. Although it is important to know that Kheerganga Trek is open throughout the year and each season offers unique experiences. Summer- Summer, from July to August brings warmer temperature to the region but heralds the onset of the monsoon season, while the valley dons the lush green cloak, Trekkers must navigate through occasional rainfall and slippery trails adding an element of adventure to the journey. Autumn- Autumn is also one of the best time to do Kheerganga Trek during the months from September to June, the air is more cooler after rainfall throughout summer months, the beauty of lush greenery, vibrant foliage of himalayan landscapes, charming mountains and star studded skies at night, you will experience charming and picturesque beauty of the Kheerganga trek during these months. Winter- Winter, from December to February blankets the whole valley in a silent veil of snow, creating a magical ambiance for intrepid adventurers. Trekking during this season is quite challenging but you can explore the surrounding areas.
Itinerary
Day 0 : Delhi To Kasol | Overnight Journey: Assemble at boarding point in Delhi – RK Ashram Marg Metro Station/Majnu Ka Tilla/Keshav Puram Metro Station and meet your Trip Captain.. Start an overnight journey to Kasol and socialize with your co-travellers.
Day 1 : Kasol Chill Scenes & Hippie Vibes: After arriving in Kasol, check-in to our comfy hotel & freshen-up.. Post refreshment, we will head out to explore the streets of Kasol, visit Chalal bridge and chill along Parvati riverside. Soak in the hippie vibes of Kasol, go for cafe hopping and treat your stomach with mouth-watering local dishes.. In the evening, get back to your property and indulge in group activities and attend trek briefing for next day.. Savour home-style cooked dinner and overnight stay in a hotel.
Day 2 : Kheerganga Trek | Overnight Camping: Wake up early and post breakfast, drive from Kasol to Barshaini Dam and begin your trek to Kheerganga.. The trail passes through dense forest cover, soul-soothing waterfalls and rustic Himachali villages.. After arriving in Kheerganga, check-in to our campsite and have some leisure.. In the evening, chill with your travel clan and indulge in group activities.. Savour home-style cooked dinner and overnight stay in camps.
Day 3 : Manikaran Hot Springs | Depart For Delhi: Wake up early in the morning and witness a mesmerising sunrise view on Pir Panjal range from Kheerganga.. Post breakfast, begin your trek down to Barshaini Dam.. Enroute Kasol, take a halt and visit the famous holy hot water springs at Gurudwara Manikaran Sahib.. In the evening, start-off your overnight journey to Delhi from Kasol.

- Transportation from Delhi to Delhi: AC Semi-Sleeper Volvo Bus or Tempo Traveler, Tempo Traveler/Cab at all other times.
- Accommodation on Sharing Basis: 1 night in Hotel (Kasol), 1 night in Alpine Camps (Kheerganga).
- Meals: Kasol (Breakfast+Dinner), Kheerganga (Breakfast+Dinner), starting from Dinner on Day 1 to Breakfast on Day 3.
- Local explorations as per itinerary.
- Experienced and cool Trip Captain/Trek Guide.
- Driver allowances, toll taxes, parking, state taxes.
Exclusions
- Any extra meals apart from the ones mentioned under inclusions.
- Travel Insurance, items of a personal nature like porterage, tips, laundry etc.
- Any entry fees, extra expenses for optional activities or tickets, unless quoted in Inclusions.
- Any other costing involved due to circumstances like natural calamity, weather conditions, riots, roadblocks, landslides or any other forced circumstances which are out of our control.
- GST (5%) is applicable extra.
- Anything which is not mentioned in the above inclusions.
