About This Trip
Ladakh is not just another Instagram destination in the mountains, it is a Himalayan wonderland where dreams come alive, where the mountains meet the horizon, and the Indus River dances to the tunes of a flourishing civilization! It is a cold desert with all the warmth we need in life. A trip to Ladakh starts with a flight ticket to Leh, with the window seat offering grand views of the snow-capped mountains and the journey that awaits us! On arriving at Leh, we will witness the beauty of the unique city nestled in the Himal witness the beauty of the unique city nestled in the Himalayan mountains.We ride across the city and visit the hall of fame, Shanti Stupa, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, and magnetic hill to woo science! However, what tops the journey is a visit to the Turtuk village, which is one of the northmost villages of our country.Culturally different from the mainstream Ladakhi traditions, Turtuk village majorly harbours the practices of Islam! Leh trip with Turtuk village also includes an adrenaline-filled ride to the top Khardung La, the colorful Pangong Tso,and the dese and the desert of Nubra Valley! Such power-packed Leh to Leh packages is hard to come by! So join us in this adventure ridden journey across Ladakh.
Itinerary
Leh Arrival - Acclimatization Day. Upon arrival at Leh, head to your hotel. Check-in and spend a relaxing day, getting proper rest to give your body a chance to acclimatize. In the evening you can go for a stroll to the Leh market Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Wake Up &have breakfast at the hotel. Post breakfast head for the local sightseeing of Leh. Places to Visit - Hall of Fame, Shanti Stupa, Zanskar &Indus Confluence, Magnetic hills and Pathar Sahib Gurudwara. Evening free for leisure and acclimatization Explore the local Leh Market and some cafes around. Come back to the hotel by evening Dinner & sleep overnight
After breakfast in the morning, head to Nubra Valley via Khardung-La (Highest motorable road at 5359 mt) Nubra Valley is popularly known as Idorma or the valley of flowers. It is situated to the north of Ladakh between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas. Check in to the hotel and visit the Sand Dunes (cold deserts of India), take a camel safari (self-paid) Visit the Monastery around. Come back to the hotel by evening, have dinner and sleep overnight.
Wake up to a beautiful sunrise. Post breakfast depart for Turtuk, a remote village of about 4,000 residents inhabited by ethnic Muslims, a few kilometers from the 'Line Of Control' (the de facto border) TravelersNest Get best services with best deal. #Travelersnestcommunity between India and Pakistan, on the Indian side. After breakfast check out, start your journey to the famous Pangong Tso via the Agam and Shyok villages Pangong Tso which is perhaps one of the most amazing lakes in Asia changes its color 4-5timesa day The Pangong Lake or "lake of the great holow" is considered as the largest lake in Asia. The water is clearer though salty. The Crystal-clear salty water shines in many shades of blue depending upon its depth. It literally changes shades with sunlight. With a backdrop of mountains of various hues and colors, it is a sight for the Gods. At an elevation of 4300meters, the air is cool even in summers at Ladakh. Reach Pangong Lake &check in to the campsite. Dinner &sleep overnight.
Wake up early morning to witness a mesmerizing sunrise After having breakfast, head back to Leh Enroute visit Chang-La, the 2nd highest motorable road in the world at 5350m Reach by evening time and explore the local market/ cafe's in Leh. Come back to the hotel by evening Dinner and sleep overnight
Wake up &post breakfast bid farewell to the Leh city. Head to the Leh airport as per your flight timings. Trip ends with beautiful memories.
