Travelers Nest Community is India's super coolest travel community. We organise curated group trips, customised private trips, honeymoon packages, and adventure tours across India and 15+ international destinations.

Our packages typically include accommodation, meals (as mentioned in the itinerary), transportation, sightseeing, and a dedicated trip captain. Flights and personal expenses are usually not included unless specified.

Absolutely! We specialise in 100% customised trips. Share your preferences, budget, and travel dates, and our experts will craft a personalised itinerary just for you.

Yes, safety is our top priority. We have experienced trip captains, verified accommodations, and 24/7 support. Many of our travelers are solo adventurers who join our group trips and make lifelong friends.

Cancellations made 30+ days before departure receive a full refund minus processing fees. 15–30 days: 50% refund. 7–15 days: 25% refund. Less than 7 days: no refund. We recommend travel insurance for added protection.

Yes! We have dedicated all-girls trips with female trip captains. These are some of our most popular packages, offering a safe and fun environment for women travelers.

Our group trips typically have 10–20 travelers with a dedicated trip captain. We also offer private and customised trips for couples, families, or friend groups of any size.

Visa requirements vary by destination and your nationality. We provide complete visa assistance including documentation guidance, application support, and tracking. Some destinations offer visa-on-arrival for Indian passport holders.

Flights are not included by default to give you flexibility in choosing airlines and timings. However, we can arrange flight bookings at the best available rates as an add-on.

Basic travel insurance is included in international packages. For domestic trips, we recommend purchasing travel insurance separately. We can help arrange premium insurance upgrades.

For domestic trips, we recommend booking at least 15–30 days in advance. For international trips, 45–60 days is ideal to allow time for visa processing and to get the best rates.

We accept bank transfers (NEFT/IMPS), UPI, credit/debit cards, and EMI options through select banks. A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
